Creation of educational materials and media **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** Carry out activities of the Permanent Health Education Center (NEPS), focusing on the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of educational initiatives targeting the continuous development of health professionals’ competencies, aiming to improve work processes and consolidate permanent education guidelines. **DETAILED DESCRIPTION:** * Design and deliver training sessions; * Identify training and development needs in collaboration with departments to define priorities and educational demands; * Collaborate integrally with other departments to better diagnose and align institutional development needs; * Create educational materials/media (audio, video, games, etc.) for educational initiatives and programs; * Jointly develop, with requesting departments, the annual institutional educational action schedule based on analysis of needs and profiles of the requesting departments.
