Job Summary:
A professional responsible for project planning and monitoring, acting as the liaison between corporate functions and field teams, with an analytical focus and cross-departmental collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning monitoring processes and routines, serving as the liaison between corporate functions and construction teams. We seek a professional with analytical thinking, organizational acumen, and planning focus, who collaborates effectively with departments including Engineering, Estimating, NIPP (Nucleus for Integration and Project Planning), Operations, Procurement, and Controlling.
Key responsibilities include updating the RAO jointly with construction teams, performing critical analysis and monitoring of baseline versus physical progress trend, histograms, schedules, and executed budget. Essential competencies include schedule management, risk management, process management, analytical skills, strategic thinking, communication, accuracy, adaptability, and proactivity—ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and promoting the culture of the Nucleus for Integration and Project Planning (NIPP) across all operational levels.
### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering;
* Knowledge of schedule development and monitoring;
* Knowledge of 6WLA.
### **Desirable Requirements:**
* Experience in sanitation, infrastructure, and O&G projects;
* Proficiency in MS Project;
* Knowledge of earned value analysis;
* Critical analytical ability, proactivity, agility, accuracy, adaptability, and communication skills.
**Note:** This position requires **willingness to travel** and **on-site work at the company's headquarters in Curitiba/PR**.
