Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and controlling materials, supplies, and tools, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring workplace safety and company regulations Main Responsibilities: \- Organize the sorting and distribution of supplies according to the factory’s production schedule. \- Monitor the receipt and dispatch of materials, tools, PPE, uniforms, and cleaning products. \- Assess the wear condition of returned materials to determine replacement necessity. \- Perform physical and fiscal inspection and verification of received materials in the system. \- Conduct daily reconciliation between physical and digital (system and spreadsheets) inventory. \- Carry out periodic counts (cyclic and annual inventories) to maintain record accuracy. \- Label, identify, and allocate materials while maintaining a clean and organized environment. \- Ensure proper return and storage of tools and equipment after use. \- Monitor inventory indicators (turnover, critical or obsolete supplies) and report findings to Procurement and Occupational Safety departments. \- Strictly comply with safety regulations and mandatory PPE usage. \- Promote company culture and mission. Requirements: \- Completed high school education; \- Organizational skills and attention to detail; \- Prior experience in this field is desirable. SHIFT FOR SECOND TURNOVER: FROM 1:50 PM TO 10:05 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
