The Fleet Assistant will be responsible for operational support in managing the fleet of **heavy vehicles** used in services provided to Light. They will ensure vehicle control, maintenance, and availability, guaranteeing compliance with safety standards and contractual requirements, as well as preventive maintenance and vehicle checklists. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the operational routine of the fleet of **trucks, utility vehicles, and heavy vehicles**, ensuring availability for field teams. * Control fueling, mileage, and monitor fuel consumption. * Perform daily vehicle check\-lists (mechanical conditions, documentation, mandatory equipment). * Support scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance with accredited workshops. * Manage fleet documentation (IPVA, licensing, insurance, traffic fines). * Monitor vehicle tracking and telematics, ensuring proper usage. * Support logistics for vehicle relocation and replacement when necessary. * Prepare fleet control reports and performance indicators. * **Operate heavy vehicles when required for internal movement or operational support.** **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable). * **Valid and up-to-date Category D driver’s license (CNH).** * Prior experience in managing or controlling fleets of heavy vehicles. * Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and traffic legislation. * Good communication and organizational skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working for service providers to energy concessionaires. * Knowledge of vehicle telematics and tracking systems. * Knowledge of vehicle mechanics. **Additional Information** ### **Benefits** * **Meal Voucher (VR)** * **Food Voucher (VA)** * **Transportation Voucher (VT)** * **Life Insurance** * **Health Plan** Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in the restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofits, infrastructure and industrial projects, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
