Focus on safety and teamwork **Job Description:** ---------------------- Operate the front-end loader to efficiently handle cargo, ensuring smooth operations. Inspect the front-end loader before each use, verifying its operational condition, and ensure the equipment remains in good working order to prevent operational failures. Use the front-end loader to load trucks with bulk cargo. Prepare cargo for transportation, optimizing the logistics process. Unload bulk cargo into the warehouse using the front-end loader appropriately, storing received goods and ensuring proper storage. Perform periodic inspections and minor maintenance on the front-end loader, such as checking oil levels, hydraulic systems, and structural integrity, aiming to extend equipment service life and avoid failures that could interrupt operations. Strictly follow safety regulations during front-end loader operation, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and observing safety signage. Move cargo within the yard according to instructions received, ensuring the area remains organized and safe for subsequent operations. Keep the yard organized and facilitate operational flow. Assist in cargo handling when necessary, collaborating with other operators and teams to ensure loading and unloading operations proceed smoothly. Maintain records of performed activities, including operating time, preventive maintenance conducted, and any failures or incidents encountered, ensuring control and monitoring of performed activities and facilitating performance analysis and maintenance planning. Monitor and operate grain conveyor belts in the area, ensuring correct and uninterrupted material flow during both loading and unloading. Adjust warehouse gates during product loading and position triplers correctly within the warehouse, always confirming the activity/location of loading/unloading via the control panel. Rigorously observe safety procedures to prevent accidents, especially in emergencies. Immediately halt operations upon detecting safety issues, such as mechanical failures or belt blockages, and notify the supervisor/panel operator. Report any anomalies observed during operation to the maintenance team. Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs, ensuring equipment remains in optimal operational condition. Coordinate closely with the panel operator to synchronize operations.
