Job Summary: A professional to plan, create, and manage the editorial calendar and content for social media platforms, monitor performance, and ensure consistent brand communication. Audience engagement and brand reputation management. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, create, and execute the social media editorial calendar. * Produce creative content in various formats (posts, videos, stories, reels, polls, live streams, etc.). * Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking. * Monitor content performance and propose strategic improvements. * Ensure communication consistency (tone of voice, visual identity, and branding). * Create templates and visual standards for posts. * Manage hashtags and strategies to increase reach. * Plan and execute promotional campaigns, engagement initiatives, and contests. * Engage with the audience by promptly and professionally responding to comments and messages. * Monitor brand reputation and manage crisis situations. * Create and track performance and metrics reports (KPIs). * Analyze results and ROI of social media activities. * Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms. * Develop partnerships with digital influencers. * Plan and host live streams and online events. Requirements: * Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). * Knowledge of content creation and copywriting. * Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar tools). * Familiarity with metrics and analytics tools. * Strong written communication skills and creativity. * Organizational ability and proactivity. Notes: Remote position (flexible working hours and no time tracking — work is evaluated based on task delivery). Days off: One fixed weekday off (Monday or Tuesday) + one Sunday per month.
