Job Description:
We are seeking an **HR Analyst** to support the structuring, standardization, and development of Human Resources processes, working in partnership with the HR Management team, managers, and leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the implementation, review, and dissemination of internal HR policies, standards, and procedures;
* Update and maintain the Employee Handbook, ensuring alignment with company guidelines, benefits, regulations, and practices;
* Develop, review, and keep job descriptions up to date in collaboration with managers and leadership;
* Gather information regarding responsibilities, requirements, competencies, indicators, and activities associated with each position;
* Organize and maintain an updated job description database, ensuring version control;
* Support the implementation of job, competency, and development pathway policies;
* Manage the performance evaluation cycle, including planning, communication, follow-up, manager support, and consolidation of results;
* Guide managers and employees on evaluation criteria, deadlines, and tools;
* Analyze evaluation results to identify strengths, improvement opportunities, and individual and collective gaps;
* Develop competency and skills matrices to support the creation of individual and collective development plans;
* Maintain updated employee records and information to support HR metrics, reports, and strategic analyses;
* Support internal marketing initiatives, internal communication, institutional campaigns, organizational climate, and engagement activities;
* Provide information to Marketing for developing internal content such as announcements, campaigns, birthday recognitions, events, and achievements;
* Conduct onboarding for new employees, introducing company culture, internal policies, benefits, HR policies, and communication channels;
* Support improving the employee experience from hiring through professional development within the company;
* Develop and update onboarding materials, presentations, internal announcements, and supporting documents for HR processes;
* Assist in administering internal surveys, tabulating results, analyzing data, and developing action plans;
* Prepare management reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and analyses to support decision-making;
* Propose improvements to HR workflows, documents, controls, and tools;
* Serve as a point of support for employees and leadership on topics related to internal policies, onboarding, evaluations, development, and internal communication;
* Support training and development processes—from needs assessment through execution tracking and activity documentation;
* Ensure confidentiality and discretion regarding employee information, evaluations, registration data, and internal documents;
* Support HR projects focused on culture, organizational development, communication, engagement, and departmental structuring.
**Desired Qualifications:**
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Knowledge of HR processes, organizational development, performance evaluation, internal communication, and training & development;
* Experience with job descriptions, internal policies, handbooks, announcements, and HR documentation;
* Familiarity with skills matrices, development plans, metrics, and management reports;
* Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and data analysis;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organized, analytical, discreet, proactive profile with strong interpersonal skills;
* Ethics, confidentiality, and responsibility in handling sensitive information;
* Focus on continuous improvement, process standardization, organizational culture, and people development.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in HR department structuring;
* Experience with job architecture and competencies, performance evaluation, organizational climate, internal marketing, or internal communication;
* Experience in industrial environments or companies undergoing growth and structural development.
