RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet cooperative members, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions; * Assist with the use of digital channels and ATMs, promoting digital inclusion. * Perform financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and others; * Open, maintain, and close accounts in accordance with internal regulations. * Provide information about financial products and services (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.); * Support the prospecting and retention of cooperative members, contributing to the growth of the customer base. * Maintain documents and files organized and secure; * Comply with internal policies and financial sector regulations **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Good computer skills; CPA certification will be a plus **Benefits:** Annual Bonus, Childcare/Babysitting Allowance, Education Allowance, Day-Off, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Private Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher
