Organization and attention to detail Key Responsibilities: \- Learn and perform tasks in the A\&B department \- Organize and clean the cold room and storage area \- Clean floors and countertops \- Assist in food portioning \- Serve and support customers and colleagues as needed \- Participate in training and capacity-building activities to develop professional skills \- Perform other duties inherent to the position, as required by the organization Required Qualifications: \- Completed or currently pursuing high school education \- Basic computer skills (MS Office) \- Good communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn \- Agility, organization, and attention to detail \- Availability to comply with the apprenticeship program’s working hours Additional Information: Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM Monday to Friday \- 15-minute break with lunch provided in the cafeteria Employment Type: Permanent CLT, Apprentice Compensation: R$1\.449,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
