An environment that values communication, empathy, and organization **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform biological specimen collections with accuracy and safety, provide comprehensive customer service—from registration to delivery of required information—and carry out sample triage, preparation, and support for the unit’s administrative and operational routines. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Strong communication skills and courtesy when interacting with internal teams and suppliers Ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of customers. Clear communication and empathy in customer interactions. Basic knowledge of the most frequently requested tests. Technical knowledge in clinical laboratory analysis. Technical knowledge of collection procedures. Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS). Ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Basic computer literacy. Organization, attention to detail, and care for documents and sensitive data. Patience, empathy, and a collaborative attitude. Previous experience in customer service.
