The company has been operating since 2005 in the Service Desk and technology services sector, offering specialized technical support and efficient solutions to our clients. We seek a proactive professional with strong technical skills to join our team and ensure excellence in customer service. The professional will handle support requests via email, WhatsApp, and other channels, as well as log and track technical tickets. **MAIN REQUIREMENTS** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and IT equipment * Install and configure operating systems and software * Format and prepare machines * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems according to client needs * Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving hardware, software, and network issues * Diagnose and resolve technical problems * Support CCTV camera maintenance when required * Provide basic support and adjustments for VoIP telephony systems * Manage and organize IT equipment * Assist with general company technology requests **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree or technical course in Systems Analysis, Computer Networks, Data Processing, or related fields * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in end-user support * Technical, proactive, and solution-oriented profile, with ability to work in an organized and efficient manner * Knowledge of hardware and software maintenance * Strong communication skills and ease in customer interaction * Technical knowledge: Experience in hardware, software, network, and Service Desk support * Basic knowledge of CCTV and VoIP is a plus * Knowledge of IT infrastructure We seek a versatile professional who can operate practically on a day-to-day basis, supporting diverse company technology requirements.
