The professional will work in the collections department, responsible for proactive and reactive customer interactions, negotiations with delinquent customers, and supporting the department’s operational routines—all while maintaining courteous and efficient customer relationships. Responsibilities: - Conduct daily collections from delinquent customers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail, aiming to regularize outstanding debts; - Perform proactive and reactive customer interactions, ensuring quality and agility in negotiations; - Assist customers, colleagues, and store partners via phone, e\-mail, and digital channels; - Conduct negotiations via WhatsApp Cob and the Blip platform; - Monitor and respond to e\-mails, ensuring timely replies; - Issue and send invoices, bank slips (boletos), and fiscal notes—including duplicate copies upon request; - Open system requests to formalize agreements (debt acknowledgment and novation); - Comply with departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs); - Organize and archive departmental documents; - Maintain an organized and collaborative work environment. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; Experience in collections, telemarketing, or customer service; Basic computer literacy; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Negotiation and customer relationship management skills. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with digital customer service and collections platforms; Experience working in goal- and KPI-driven environments. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $2,043\.39 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Card: R$28.00 per working day; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Allowance; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER COB **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 11:23 AM to 8:00 PM, with rotating shifts on Saturdays
