Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Buyer to negotiate direct or indirect materials and services, with a focus on quotations, supplier development, and contract management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to join a dynamic Procurement team We are looking for a Junior-level Buyer to join our Procurement team. This position will involve medium-complexity negotiations for the procurement of **direct or indirect materials**, depending on the candidate's experience, within the national scope, as well as general service contracting. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze purchase requests for various materials and services * Conduct quotations for products and services, ensuring optimal negotiation outcomes while maintaining acquired product quality according to specified requirements * Process quotations and orders internally via the Procurement Portal, in compliance with internal policies * Identify and develop new suppliers meeting company needs * Review procurement/supply contracts for products in accordance with internal policies * Maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, optimal costs, and on-time delivery * Support follow-up processes * Other departmental activities **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency required * Experience in procurement of direct or indirect materials * Knowledge of taxation * SAP and Procurement Portal knowledge is desirable * Willingness to work onsite at the São José dos Pinhais/PR factory, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, under a flexible working hours system (banked hours), with possibility of one remote work day per week **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: BRL 600.00 per month * Factory Store * Childcare Assistance * Birthday Day Off: One paid day off during your birth month * Honest Market: A space for purchasing snacks and assorted food items * Total Pass: A global network of over 50,000 gyms, studios, personal trainers, and wellness apps, extended to dependents * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Industrial Cafeteria * Free parking on company premises * Barbecue area available for employees After 90 days of experience: * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Dental Uni Dental Assistance — benefit extended to dependents * Amil Medical Assistance (co-payment) — benefit extended to dependents Nutrimental was founded in 1968, driven by the challenge of dehydrating potatoes.
