Team development and problem solving Compensation: R$5.000,00 per month Job Description: Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Juazeiro do Norte/CE Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (fixed weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month) About the Position We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with a practical leadership profile and consistent presence on the floor, focused on operations, sales, service standards, and profitability. This person will be responsible for ensuring a consistent customer experience and an organized operational routine, acting as the “shift owner.” Applicants from any region of Brazil are welcome. Main Responsibilities Lead the dining room/customer service team, ensuring proper conduct, service standards, and a positive work environment; Organize and supervise the daily routine: opening, peak hours, closing, staff schedules, and checklists; Ensure achievement of commercial targets (sales, reservations, events, and upselling); Integrate dining room, kitchen, and bar to reduce operational errors and rework; Monitor performance indicators and take prompt corrective action when deviations occur; Train, guide, and develop the team (waiters, busboys, cashiers, and receptionists); Resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly and autonomously. What We Expect in Practice Standardized and consistently applied opening, peak-hour, and closing routines; Organized weekly staff scheduling and timekeeping; Clearly defined and consistently practiced service standards across the team; Brief alignment meetings with the team; Weekly reports covering results, issues, and action plans; Structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day action plans. Monitoring of role-specific performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; Proven experience leading restaurant dining room teams; Hands-on operational experience (not solely administrative); Flexible availability. Working Hours Morning: Store opening from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (lunch rush); Afternoon: Free time; Evening: Return for closing from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. (kitchen operates until 11:30 p.m.).
