About the Position: We are seeking a Consignment Sales Consultant to join our team. Provide consultative service for vehicle consignment sales, accurately identifying customers' needs and following up until the sale is finalized. Key Responsibilities: Execute the entire sales process, from presenting consignments to closing the deal Develop an operational plan for weekly and daily sales targets to achieve individual monthly goals set by the department Ensure customer satisfaction and meet their needs by conducting visits and introducing new products Monitor inventory levels and arrange for replenishment of supplies and equipment, in accordance with technical guidelines for restocking and merchandising Prospect and acquire new customers in line with established targets Collaborate with other sales professionals and departments across the company, acting as the liaison between customers and the company, facilitating internal process flows and coordinating actions to resolve customer issues Maintain communication between customers and other company departments, reporting outstanding financial matters and other necessary information Receive payments, interfacing with other departments within the company Collect payments from customers, performing all related tasks and notifying relevant departments Mandatory Requirements: Prior experience in sales; Completed high school education; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships and handle objections.
