Interested? Check out the opportunity we are offering: **Technical Support – Service Provider** Opportunity Type: Exclusively for professionals operating under their own legal entity (PJ). Model: On-site support for a 3AM IT client. Duration: Indefinite; Business hours; Location: Vicinity of Santarém/PA. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform on-site microcomputing and telecommunications support; Resolve technical problems directly at customer sites; Availability to provide coverage whenever required; Install and configure devices and systems as needed; Availability to cover for customers (vacations, absences, medical certificates); Readiness for last-minute travel, with a minimum stay of up to one week in another city/state; Availability for daily assignments (average of 300 km per day, subject to demand variation); Availability for travel exceeding 300 km. **Qualifications and Requirements:** Technical Knowledge: Hardware and software/microcomputing Basic networking knowledge, including routers, switches, APs, and telecommunications Own vehicle (motorcycle not permitted) Equipment: Notebook, HD/Pendrive (32GB, 64GB, and 128GB \- 64GB and 128GB mandatory); Console cable; Cable tester; Cable locator; Crimping pliers; Screwdriver set; Smartphone with internet access and Android OS **Tools:** Basic repair and maintenance tools, including flat-head and Phillips screwdrivers Minimum Education: Technical Course Valid Driver's License: Category B Own Vehicle Willingness to Travel
