Manage and optimize traffic operations, lead teams, and ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations in tourist transportation.

#### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Strategically manage all company traffic operations, ensuring adherence to routes, schedules, and quality standards in tourist transportation, excursions, and events.
* Lead and develop the team under your responsibility — composed of a coordinator, an assistant, and drivers — promoting alignment, engagement, and high performance.
* Support fleet utilization planning and optimization, shift scheduling, and route planning, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and cost control.
* Monitor performance indicators (punctuality, productivity, fuel consumption, maintenance, absenteeism, and customer satisfaction) and propose corrective and preventive actions.
* Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses to support executive decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations applicable to passenger transportation, prioritizing the safety and well-being of customers and employees.
* Supervise the Traffic Coordinator’s work, ensuring proper information flow, efficient execution of tasks, and adherence to deadlines and operational standards.
* Conduct technical and behavioral training for drivers and assistants to foster team development.
* Serve as a strategic liaison among Operations, Sales, Maintenance, and HR departments, strengthening interdepartmental integration and contributing to continuous process improvement.
* Identify innovation opportunities and implement technological solutions to enhance traffic management and operational control.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in traffic management or passenger transportation.
* Solid knowledge of operational logistics, route planning, fleet management, and performance monitoring.
* Familiarity with regulations and legislation related to road and tourist transportation.
* Valid and up-to-date Brazilian driver's license category D and/or E.
#### **Desirable Requirements (Advantageous):**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, Tourism, or related fields.
* Experience in strategic traffic management and implementation of performance indicators (KPIs).
* Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), telematics, and fleet control tools.
* Inspirational leadership profile with analytical vision, results orientation, and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in internal and external customer service, prioritizing service quality and efficiency.
