Job Summary: Position for an HR professional to support strategic alignment, monitor indicators, and assist HR management processes. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and standardization of HR routines and records This position is intended for professionals with experience in Human Resources to work in Chapadinha/MA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support Strategic Alignment by assisting management in translating strategic objectives into simple goals and indicators for departments, organizing and maintaining an updated HR management indicator database, and supporting managers in understanding the indicators and goals under their responsibility; * Monitor and control indicators by collecting, consolidating, and updating data related to turnover, absenteeism, working hours and attendance, performance evaluation, and organizational climate; * Support HR management processes, such as recruitment and selection, assist managers in monitoring selection stages, support performance evaluation processes, and track individual and team goals; * Support the standardization of HR management routines and records; * Organize training, development, and capacity-building information; * Maintain updated controls, spreadsheets, and records, supporting the structuring of routines that can be replicated in future new units, contributing to the organization of departmental processes and ensuring information reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields; * Knowledge of performance indicators and HR management routines; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Preferred: Experience in educational institutions. **Additional Information** CLT employment contract Fixed salary Workload: 44 hours per week (Monday to Saturday).
