Job Summary: An accounting professional to work under the supervision of the accountant, responsible for developing performance indicators, verifying client registrations, managing tax compliance, calculating taxes, and performing accounting reconciliations and legislative monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in accounting, development of performance indicators, and tax analysis. 2. Tax compliance control, tax calculation, and handling of complex ancillary obligations. 3. Analysis of accounting reconciliations and monitoring of legislation. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Reporting to the responsible accountant, preparing operational indicators, and attending meetings; \- Verifying new client registrations in the accounting system, implementing them, and configuring parameters; \- Monitoring and analyzing tax bookkeeping; \- Controlling, analyzing, and calculating federal, state, and municipal taxes; \- Managing and filing highly complex ancillary obligations; \- Resolving tax and fiscal discrepancies; \- Tax installment plans and resolution of tax and fiscal discrepancies; \- Analyzing accounting reconciliations and closing trial balances; \- Issuing accounting books and/or submitting SPED Contábil; \- Supporting the accountant in tracking tasks and deadlines; \- Studying and monitoring tax and accounting legislation; **Desired Skills:** \- Knowledge of tax legislation, tax documents, and fiscal rules; \- Familiarity with ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, EFD, DIRF, Sintegra, Destda, Reinf); \- Analysis and closing of financial statements; **Required Experience:** \- Prior experience in an accounting firm; \- Experience in tax calculation and filing ancillary obligations; \- Experience in closing financial statements; **Required Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed or currently pursuing). **Benefits:** \- Transportation allowance \- Meal allowance \- Pharmacy discount program \- Discounts at educational institutions and English language schools \- Telemedicine assistance \- TotalPass Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Work Location: On-site
