**Description**
Strategically and operationally support administrative and financial routines within the Marketing and Trade department, with emphasis on budgetary control, monitoring of financial processes, and supporting departmental performance analysis. The analyst is responsible for ensuring accuracy in postings, organizing payment workflows, and maintaining consistency in analyses—directly contributing to the area’s performance and governance.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Review,**
**monitor, and analyze all departmental payments**, ensuring they align with
budgetary plans and internal procedures. Serve as the **primary liaison with Finance and Accounting departments**,
guaranteeing accurate posting and recording that reflect the department’s financial planning. Control
and validate payments related to **circulars, commercial partnership agreements,**
**trade activations, and promotional campaigns**, tracking supporting documentation and deadlines. **Manage**
**and update the department’s financial reports**, enhancing visibility into budget execution and identifying variances. **Query,**
**maintain, and collaborate on building dashboards in BI tools**,
contributing to analyses that support strategic decision-making in the department. **Conduct**
**surveys in the Involves system**, analyze results, and monitor **Trade Marketing KPIs**, generating inputs for strategic and operational adjustments. Act
as the **integrating link between Marketing and administrative areas**,
supporting process fluidity and ensuring adherence to schedules and contractual obligations. Propose
and implement **continuous improvements to the department’s administrative processes**, focusing on control, agility, and information quality.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed or near-completion undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in administrative routines and budgetary control. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, dashboards, pivot tables). Knowledge of **Business Intelligence** tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience with integrated management systems (ERP), such as Oracle, SAP, Totvs, or similar.
