We are looking for an SDR to work in a well-structured law firm with a steady flow of qualified leads, emphasizing in-person sales and consultative closing. This position is ideal for candidates who already handle deal closure, negotiation, and client follow-up, and who can guide conversations to final decisions with ethics, clarity, and confidence—pre-sales professionals focused on lead qualification. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person closing meetings with qualified clients Present legal solutions clearly and consultatively Lead negotiations based on the fee/honorarium schedule Follow up with clients until contract signing Collaborate closely with the legal and commercial teams Record closing-related information and outcomes **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR Experience in in-person and consultative sales Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and closing skills Organizational skills for process tracking and management Completed high school education Benefits R$ 2\.000,00 fixed salary Transportation allowance **Employment Type:** PJ Commission up to R$ 4\.000
