Assist in plating dishes, following the chef's instructions and ensuring proper presentation. Assist in food and supply inventory control, verifying expiration dates and available quantities. Collaborate in kitchen equipment cleaning and maintenance. Adhere to food safety and personal hygiene standards while working in the kitchen.
