Job Summary: Multifunctional maintenance professional to perform electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, painting, and masonry services in a hotel environment. Key Highlights: 1. Electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration maintenance in apartments and common areas. 2. Repairs to painting, masonry, and building finishing. 3. Physical and chemical treatment of swimming pools and hydrotherapy tubs. **Responsibilities** * Perform **electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration maintenance** in apartments, common areas, laundry rooms, and kitchens; * Carry out **painting, masonry, and building finishing repairs**; * Conduct **physical and chemical treatment of swimming pools and hydrotherapy tubs**, ensuring appropriate usage parameters and water quality; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to the hotel’s maintenance plans; * Respond to technical service requests from operational departments and record interventions; * Support routine inspections. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical course in Building Maintenance, Electrotechnology, Refrigeration, or Mechanics is desirable); * Prior experience in hotel maintenance or similar establishments (condominiums, resorts, hospitals, shopping malls); * Solid knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, painting, and masonry; * Basic understanding of swimming pool and hydrotherapy tub treatment; **Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off** **Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM** **CLT employment (salary + transportation allowance or fuel subsidy + meal voucher + dental plan + TotalPass)** Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Fuel subsidy * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
