If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined milestones for the project to contribute to fulfilling contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Develop, based on project data, the logical sequence of execution phases to define the critical path (the longest activity sequence) for construction scheduling. * Prepare the execution schedule to track construction stages identified during planning, defining controls to be implemented to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data analysis, report generation, and other measures to provide relevant information supporting timely delivery. * Prepare and distribute periodic construction progress reports, highlighting advancements, bottlenecks, losses, and key execution-related risks to ensure adherence to initially planned and scheduled deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions to meet the construction schedule. * Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility to align and identify potential interferences impacting planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks per received planning, under supervision and/or support from technically more experienced professionals or immediate managers—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution. Does not yet demonstrate full proficiency across all processes, operations, or equipment within the area or full productivity levels. * Support senior professionals in area-specific processes, leveraging their experience for self-development. * Participate in implementing departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring required technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technological Graduation; * Ability to structure, consolidate, and organize strategic information clearly and logically; * Skill in drafting minutes, reports, and executive communications with objectivity, clarity, and precision; * Aptitude for managing multiple demands and deadlines while maintaining productivity and quality in deliverables; * Initiative to anticipate needs, propose improvements, and support management decision-making; * Ethical and responsible attitude in handling sensitive and strategic information; * Commitment to delivering outputs within established deadlines and to a high-quality standard; * Ability to interpret data, consolidate information, and generate insights supporting reports and decisions; * Skill in interacting with diverse hierarchical levels and multidisciplinary teams in a corporate environment; * Ease working in an international corporate environment, using fluent English in oral and written interactions; * Ability to conduct activities independently while remaining aligned with project and management objectives. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: Telêmaco Borba/PR * Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
