If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined milestones for the project to contribute to fulfilling contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Develop, based on project data, the logical sequence of execution phases to define the critical path (the longest activity sequence) for construction scheduling. * Prepare the execution schedule to track construction stages identified during planning, defining controls to be implemented to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data analysis, report generation, and other measures to provide relevant information supporting timely delivery. * Prepare and distribute periodic construction progress reports, highlighting advancements, bottlenecks, losses, and key execution-related risks to ensure adherence to initially planned and scheduled deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions to meet the construction schedule. * Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility to align and identify potential interferences impacting planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks per received planning, under supervision and/or support from technically more experienced professionals or immediate managers—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
