Analyze requests for changes to technical specifications in registrations of finished products, semi-finished products, raw materials, packaging, and chemicals; Analyze issues that may affect registration data for raw materials, indirect materials, customers, suppliers, and services—and consequently impact production processes and costs—identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Analyze information and performance indicators related to area processes to improve the registration process and achieve departmental service targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze requests for new registrations or updates and corrections, assessing urgency and requirements, and directing them to relevant departments and the responsible team to ensure information quality across company processes. * Perform registrations of new products or materials, analyzing external technical specifications (structure, production steps, production instructions, machinery, routing, permitted materials, and quality tests), ensuring technical accuracy of information for managing the company’s production processes; * Analyze requests for changes to technical specifications in registrations of finished products, semi-finished products, raw materials, packaging, and chemicals, verifying quality parameters and ensuring changes are implemented per established standards. * Analyze information and performance indicators related to area processes, reviewing delivery timelines for each stage, registration quality, application in company projects and processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing action plans to improve the registration process and achieve departmental service targets. * Provide technical input into area improvement projects, proposing solutions to increase reliability and efficiency in registering information within the company’s MANAGEMENT SYSTEM; * Analyze issues that may affect registration data for raw materials, indirect materials, customers, suppliers, and services—and consequently impact production processes and costs—identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. **Knowledge and Skills** Bachelor’s degree completed in: Preferably Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
