Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise daily production team activities, optimize processes and ensure quality, as well as manage resources and train the team. Key Highlights: 1. Team development and collaborative work environment Coordinate and supervise daily production team activities; Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures; Manage production schedules and allocate resources effectively; Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing continuous improvements; Train and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; Prepare production performance reports and present results to management. Technical or higher education degree in production-related, metallurgy, or engineering fields; Proven experience leading production teams, preferably in the metallurgical/steel sector; Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards; Ability to manage people, motivate teams, and resolve conflicts; Analytical ability and capacity for quick decision-making; Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail; Basic knowledge of production management tools (e.g., 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
