Responsible for the quality and accuracy of data entered into the system **JOB SUMMARY:** The Credit and Master Data Analyst handles registration (master data), analysis, approval, and monitoring of credit, ensuring balance between commercial growth and risk mitigation in accordance with internal policies and the company’s financial guidelines; responsible for the quality and accuracy of data entered into the system; creates and analyzes monitoring and performance indicators for the customer portfolio; provides support to the sales department regarding potential issues related to leads and recurring customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in Financial Statement Analysis is desirable; * Knowledge of credit-related financial routines (primary) and master data (registration); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (spreadsheets, charts, controls) and PowerPoint (presentations); * Financial statement analysis (balance sheet, income statement, and income tax return); * Experience with registration and credit policies; * Process analysis; * Knowledge of credit granting in Agribusiness is desirable; * Familiarity with internal controls and Compliance. \*NIGHT AND WEEKEND WORK AVAILABILITY REQUIRED **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct credit analysis for corporate and/or individual customers, evaluating financial risk and repayment capacity; * Analyze registration, financial, and corporate documents (balance sheet/income statement/income tax return); * Consult and interpret credit bureaus (Serasa, Agrisk); * Prepare technical credit opinions with credit limit recommendations; * Classify customers by risk rating; * Monitor customer portfolio, tracking exposure and potential delinquency; * Perform daily and annual credit limit reviews; * Ensure compliance with credit and registration policies; * Interact with Sales, After-sales, Finance, and Collections departments; * Create and update credit controls, reports, and indicators (KPIs).
