Operational Support Driver - Dom Eliseu/PA
**Responsibilities:** * Drive company vehicles to transport the team and equipment for the mobile weighbridge. * Ensure transported equipment is properly secured and protected against damage. * Follow traffic and road safety regulations, ensuring safe travel within established deadlines. * Assist in setting up and dismantling the operation site as directed by the Weighbridge Operator. * Support the team in organizing and moving materials at the weighing location. * Assist the team with operational tasks when necessary. * Perform daily vehicle inspections, checking essential items such as brakes, tires, oil and fuel levels. * Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition. * Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the technical supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed Elementary School education (High School education desirable). * Proven experience as a professional driver. * Knowledge of cargo and equipment transportation will be an advantage. * Valid Driver's License Category **D** (or as required for the vehicles used). * Defensive driving and good driving practices. * Basic knowledge of preventive vehicle maintenance. * Familiarity with traffic regulations and current legislation. * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactiveness and availability to assist the team when needed. * Availability for travel and overnight stays according to operational needs. * Flexible schedule to meet demands that may include night shifts and weekends. * Work in outdoor environments with frequent travel. * Teamwork, following operational and safety procedures. We are seeking a Mid-Level Intellectual Property Lawyer with solid experience in intellectual property, particularly assets protected by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), but also with a broad understanding of copyright law. We are looking for someone who can combine legal expertise, strategic thinking, and business acumen—someone who understands the value of intangible assets, knows how to transform them into real tools for growth for companies and startups, and is passionate about translating legal concepts into business language.
