Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and supervising warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, process standardization, and cargo integrity, while coordinating the team and supporting managerial decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to support managerial decision-making through management reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery; * Ensure standardization of receiving, storage, and dispatch processes; * Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvements; * Guarantee cargo integrity and compliance with safety regulations; * Coordinate and develop the operational team; * Collaborate closely with relevant departments, supporting decision-making through management reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in supervising logistics or warehouse operations; * Knowledge of storage, dispatch, and cargo handling processes; * Familiarity with performance indicator management and productivity control; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in leadership and team management.
