




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for warehouse organization and control, including goods receipt, verification, inventory, and stock maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory execution and stock management Description: * High school diploma. * Minimum 6 months of experience in related activities is preferred. * Organize the warehouse daily by type, expiration date, and area to ensure optimal operation and faster fulfillment of requests. * Receive goods, verifying purchase orders in the SAP system according to arrival sequence, authorizing entry to improve control and organization of unloading. * Verify purchase orders against invoice data upon goods arrival to prevent acceptance of goods whose order does not match the invoice. In case of discrepancies, notify the procurement department for corrective action. * Conduct monthly inventory: manually count recurring consumable materials, track goods inflow and outflow, map safety stock levels, and enter specific quantities for each product into the stock management system to prevent discrepancies and ensure proper storage and stock management. * Perform annual physical inventory: manually count all items stored in the warehouse and record quantities in the stock management system for analysis of potential balances, thereby ensuring full visibility of all assets and materials requiring management. * Maintain an organized, clean warehouse with properly labeled, stacked, and expiration-date-controlled materials, complying with company standards and safety regulations to ensure timely goods delivery and smooth warehouse operations. 2512130202201918006
