Responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals for end customers, ensuring compliance with specifications and alignment with the execution of electrical engineering services.

**Job Objective**
Responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals for end customers, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, operational feasibility, and alignment with the execution planning of electrical engineering services.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Analyze tender documents, RFQs (Request for Quotation), and clients' technical requirements.
* Develop detailed technical proposals (scope, methodology, resources, schedules, and assumptions).
* Collaborate with the commercial department to develop cost compositions and pricing structures.
* Interface with engineering, procurement, and planning departments to validate the technical and operational aspects of proposals.
* Conduct technical site visits (when necessary) for data collection.
* Participate in meetings with clients for technical clarification and proposal defense.
* Support initial execution planning (contract kick\-off).
* Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards (e.g., NR\-10, NR\-12, etc.).
* Update the proposal database and lessons learned repository.
**Daily Activities**
* Reading and interpreting electrical engineering drawings and descriptive memoranda.
* Developing physical\-financial schedules.
* Quantitative takeoffs.
* Supporting the definition of technical solutions.
* Contacting suppliers for technical quotations.
* Reviewing and standardizing technical documents.
**Job Requirements**
**Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related fields).
**Experience**
* Prior experience in developing technical proposals in electrical engineering.
* Experience in industrial service companies, substations, or electrical infrastructure is a plus.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawings.
* Knowledge of power systems, substations, or industrial installations.
* Cost estimation and feasibility analysis.
* Technical standards (ABNT, NR\-10, NR\-12, etc.).
* Microsoft Office suite (especially advanced Excel).
* Technical software.

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in power substations, transmission lines, or industrial electrical maintenance.
* Project management knowledge.
