Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Control Planner (PCP) to plan and control production in boiler-making, metal structures, and industrial assembly projects. Key Highlights: 1. Production planning and control in metalworking. 2. Development and monitoring of schedules using MS Project. 3. Reading and interpretation of technical drawings (mandatory requirement). **We are looking for a PCP Analyst to handle production planning and control for boiler-making, metal structure, and industrial assembly projects.** At GMX, we specialize in project-based manufacturing, where each product has specific engineering and manufacturing characteristics. We seek a professional with experience in production planning and control within metalworking environments, capable of monitoring schedules and supporting fabrication and assembly activities. **Main Responsibilities** Develop and monitor production and assembly schedules using MS Project. Plan and control boiler-making, metal structure fabrication, and assembly activities. Ensure adherence to industrial project deadlines. Read and interpret technical drawings (views, sections, tolerances, and symbols). Monitor activity execution at the factory or job site. Adjust schedules and activity sequences according to project requirements. **Requirements** ✔ Proven experience in PCP applied to boiler-making, metal structures, or industrial assembly. ✔ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (mandatory – will be tested). ✔ Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tools (will be tested). ✔ Completed high school education (technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related fields is preferred). ✔ Organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail. ✔ Availability to work in industrial environments and on-site construction projects. **Salary and Benefits** Salary: To be negotiated. **Benefits:** Fuel allowance or transportation voucher.
