The professional will operate in an industrial environment, executing technical services on metal and wood, assembling components and parts, performing structural adjustments, carrying out repairs, and supporting internal maintenance demands, always adhering to quality and safety standards. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in this field or related areas, including work on structures (metal, wood, hybrid); * Experience in industrial environments or mechanical workshops; * Knowledge of manual, electric, and various welding tools; * Commitment to safety and quality standards. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical or vocational training in fields such as: Welding, Mechanical Engineering, Metal Structures, Industrial Maintenance, or similar; * Experience working with **hybrid structures (metal and wood)**; * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Versatile profile adaptable to diverse technical demands. **Expected Profile:** * Responsibility and commitment; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Professional demeanor and focus on safety.
