




Job Summary: A Personnel Department professional responsible for managing onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and eSocial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as support to employees for inquiries **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Fixed-term contract ?? Responsibilities Carry out onboarding, offboarding, and contractual movement processes. Control and verify labor documentation (contracts, medical examinations, registrations, and records). Perform payroll closing, ensuring accurate entries, detailed verifications, and final validation of events. Monitor and manage electronic timekeeping and hour bank. Manage benefits (enrollments, cancellations, and verifications). Track employee leaves and medical certificates. Update and verify information in eSocial. Organize physical and digital departmental files. Support the generation of HR department reports and internal controls. Act as support to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries. **Requirements:** Technical or higher education degree in progress or completed in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. Proven experience in the Personnel Department. Practical experience in payroll closing. Experience with eSocial and labor obligations. Knowledge of electronic timekeeping and hour bank management. Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data organization, and verification).
