If you want to be part of this evolution and grow alongside Ponta, this opportunity could be yours! **We currently have an opening for a PCP Analyst—check out the details below!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Developing scenarios according to commercial demands:** Prepare, organize, and execute scenarios requested by the Commercial team, ensuring alignment with stated requirements; * **Operational support for inventory:** Assist in routines related to control, organization, and movement of materials, ensuring accuracy and item availability; * **Quotations and purchasing of parts, equipment, and materials:** Conduct price research, negotiations, and purchase requests as required internally; * **Control and distribution of PPE for Production:** Manage the delivery, monitoring, and replenishment of PPE used by the operational team; * **Shipping products to customers:** Organize order picking, packaging, documentation, and dispatch of items destined for customers; * **Inventory closing and report generation:** Perform periodic inventories, verifications, and issue inventory control reports; * **Entering invoices into the system:** Register purchase and movement invoices in the system, ensuring data compliance; * **Creating sales orders:** Enter and update orders in the management system according to internal requests and workflows; * **Data entry into the system:** Record operation-related data, ensuring information accuracy and traceability; * **Other duties related to the area:** Perform additional operational and administrative tasks as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Prior experience in PCP, Purchasing, and Inventory:** Hands-on experience in planning routines, process monitoring, material procurement, and inventory control; * **Preferred education:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * **Technical knowledge:** Experience with Protheus system and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data organization, basic formulas, and report creation) is desirable; * **Driver's license category B:** Required for external activities and travel when needed. **Additional Information** **Information:** **Work location:** On-site in Betim/MG; **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. **Our benefits are amazing—take a look!** Meal/Voucher Card (Flash): choose whether to use it at supermarkets or restaurants; Mobility Allowance or Transportation Voucher; Life Insurance; Health Plan; Dental Plan; Birthday Day Off + Flash card credit as a gift to enjoy however you like!
