Involves inspection, cleaning, and detailed surface preparation. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for preparing, applying, and retouching paint on metallic surfaces, structures, machinery, and industrial equipment, following established quality, safety, and technical specifications. Engages in surface protection and finishing to enhance asset durability and appearance. Responsibilities: * Inspect the work to be performed, observing dimensions, position, and original condition of the surface to be painted, to determine required procedures, standards, and materials; * Clean surfaces by brushing, sanding, or removing old or damaged paint using scrapers, solvents, and air jets to eliminate residues; * Sand and retouch flaws and seams using appropriate materials to correct defects and improve paint adhesion; * Organize painting materials by selecting the suitable type to properly execute the task; * Protect unpainted areas using adhesive tape or other means to prevent unintended paint application; * Paint surfaces by applying one or multiple coats of paint or similar product using selected materials to protect them and achieve the desired appearance. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed elementary education * 6 months of experience in this role. ### **JOB BENEFITS** * As per local collective bargaining agreement. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT #### **Dear applicant, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your application data and information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
