Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring deliveries, updating systems, attending to customers, handling incidents, and optimizing logistics and customer service processes. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of monitoring and customer service processes Job Description: Conduct daily monitoring of deliveries, ensuring compliance with deadlines agreed upon with customers; Update systems and spreadsheets with trip statuses (in transit, delivered, incident, returned, etc.); Respond to customer requests (Customer Service) via phone, e\-mail, or integrated systems; Record and handle delivery incidents (delays, damages, returns, redeliveries); Serve as the interface between operational departments, drivers, sales team, and customers to ensure smooth information flow; Support the generation of delivery performance reports and customer service KPIs; Monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) deadlines and propose corrective actions when necessary; Ensure proactive communication with customers in case of operational disruptions; Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and customer service processes. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school; technical or undergraduate degree in progress in **Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields** is desirable; * **Experience:** Experience in **delivery monitoring, customer service (Customer Service), or transportation tracking**; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.315,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
