Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Register and generate protocols for all services provided to internal and external customers, and request that the customer completes the satisfaction survey * Provide assistance regarding non-awarded shares * Analyze and request return of PI (Billing and Credit Card) within the 7-day period, including high-risk rating returns * Analyze and request cancellation block of shares * Analyze and request installment dilution, fine and interest waivers * Analyze and request inclusion and removal of insurance and automatic debit * Simulate and request change of asset * Request changes to participation assembly * Offer bids in special cases and inform assembly results * Guide and request transfer of non-awarded shares * Request update of screening criteria, add co-debtor, request SPC/SERASA consultation * Request customer registration * Analyze and request bid renegotiation and category upgrade * Unblock proposals and distribute them in the Newcon system * Register proposals, request and monitor PI clearance and allocation * Monitor and handle inconsistencies in proposals * Issue payment slips and duplicate copies of proposals * Receive authorization forms for entry of high-risk rated shares and process accordingly * Open tickets for commissions to issue invoices and for accounting to clear pending taxes * Attend and support requests from sales teams and general partners, and issue sales reports * Request ID badges * Receive employee certificates and forward them to PR * Request purchase of office supplies, cleaning materials, and breakfast supplies for branch employees * Send and receive mail packages * Open support tickets related to branch equipment and infrastructure; monitor and conduct fixed asset verification * Monitor stock of SIM cards and mobile devices, and request replenishment when necessary * Request payment of utility bills, contracts, corporate cash accountability reports, reimbursement requests, and outsourced services 2510150202241258149
