Responsibilities: Work in a department-specific capacity on the sales floor, ensuring proper product display and excellent customer service. Monday to Saturday – Department-based shifts BY ORDER OF PRIORITY Organize and restock the department under your responsibility Provide direct customer service (when necessary) Set up and maintain displays according to Marketing team guidelines Offer the MAXCARD to 100% of served customers Assist customers in fitting rooms when needed Product knowledge (fit, size, styling combinations) to deliver superior service Support cashiers during peak hours (Full-Role Operator) Compensation: R$1.621,00 - R$2.861,99 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
