This role will lead the management of sales processes and network standards, defining, implementing, and monitoring sales standards for Stellantis brands in South America. The individual will serve as the focal point for Global Network Standards teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and standardization across the network, while ensuring regional rollout and implementation of global guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define, implement, and monitor sales standards for Stellantis brands;
* Ensure network adherence to commercial guidelines and customer service processes;
* Identify performance gaps and lead continuous improvement plans throughout the sales journey;
* Manage audit strategy at dealerships with low performance or high operational risk;
* Lead process optimization projects focused on efficiency, quality, and experience;
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization across the network;
* Serve as the South America focal point for Global Network Standards teams;
* Ensure regional rollout and implementation of global guidelines;
* Consolidate KPIs and report on network performance, compliance, and evolution.
