We currently have an opportunity for a **Controller Analyst**, a professional responsible for performing administrative activities within the finance and controller departments, always adhering to safety and quality standards. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze daily cost center postings and define adjustments and corrections jointly with the controller coordination; * Conduct inventory counts and stock inspections, proposing improvements and controls; * Perform waste identification and monitoring; * Analyze and manage material master data registration; * Analyze and support managerial and receivables controls for livestock operations; * Monitor and control costs, expenses, and revenues, proposing improvements to financial efficiency. * Support the preparation and tracking of operational and financial results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Support economic and financial analysis of new projects and investments. * Support budget planning (Budget) and periodic revisions (Forecast). * Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and performance indicators. * Support the generation and analysis of daily Cash Flow reports, reporting possible issues and corrections to the coordination team; * Participate in defining and implementing internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. * Implement and optimize control tools, such as dashboards and BI systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in related fields. * Experience with Power BI. * Driver's License Category B. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Food basket; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Stationery; * Pharmacy; * Sesi Club; * Gyms; * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Metalsider** is committed to being a responsible, ethical, and fair employer.
