




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and auditing driver registrations, freight contracts, advances, and pickups, serving as a technical reference and monitoring operational indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Management and auditing of driver registrations and freight contracts 2. Technical support to the junior night shift team 3. Operational indicator monitoring and compliance assurance Register drivers in the system, validating documentation (e.g., driver's license, ANTT, MOPP), deadlines, and compliance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Issue the CTRB (freight contract) according to commercial rules and internal policies, verifying calculation items, rate tables, and negotiated terms. Manage pickups: open/update orders. Send the CTRB to the driver, confirm receipt, and provide guidance regarding questions, pending items, and shipment requirements. Review the CTRB (consistency checks, attached documents, values, and approval limits), correct discrepancies, and record evidence in the system. Process advances in Rodopar (entry, verification, and release), ensuring audit trail and adherence to limits/policies. Support the junior team during night shifts: act as technical reference, answer questions, review critical entries (CTRB/advances/orders/registrations/monitoring), and ensure smooth shift handover with consolidated status. Monitor operational indicators for the shift (pending CTRBs/pickups/advances/CTE cancellations), escalate to relevant departments when necessary, and escalate risks impacting SLA. Maintain accurate records and clear communication with operations, finance, and drivers, ensuring traceability and compliance. Working Hours: 6x1 schedule — Monday to Friday — 13:40–22:00. Sunday work is remote. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields. * Prior experience in transportation companies. * Knowledge and hands-on experience in driver registration and freight contract generation, freight/toll reconciliations, and proof-of-payment audits. * Excel/Power BI; familiarity with SSW TMS or Rodopar is desirable.
