Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing production scheduling, managing teams and processes, and ensuring operational quality and efficiency. Focus on quality, safety, and continuous process improvement **Main Responsibilities** ✔ Perform weekly and daily production scheduling; ✔ Enter production scheduling into the system and direct production stages; ✔ Coordinate staff to conduct raw material inventory counts and relay results to the purchasing department; ✔ Communicate daily production demands to the production supervisor for product organization; ✔ Verify daily packaging inventory levels, adjusting quantities to match production and delivery requirements; ✔ Hold weekly team meetings to communicate daily demands, provide guidance, and identify potential bottlenecks, maintaining ongoing communication throughout the day to clarify doubts; ✔ Receive daily orders, analyze them, and organize fulfillment in accordance with the sales plan; ✔ Guide and direct the team to pack products into boxes according to daily order specifications, ensuring alignment with sales agreements and packaging criteria; ✔ Identify products to be picked for same-day delivery, organizing and directing whether they should be stored in boxes or packaging; ✔ Train new production staff to comply with internal regulations and adhere to production safety and quality standards; ✔ Ensure team members consistently use personal protective equipment, providing ongoing guidance and assessing needs to guarantee employee safety and product quality; ✔ Maintain close communication throughout the day to prevent delivery delays; ✔ Attend weekly meetings with senior management to align and plan next week’s production, clarify questions, provide suggestions, and note key issues relevant to the role; ✔ Investigate product errors attributed to the department, analyzing possible process or personnel failures, always providing guidance and pursuing best practices. ✔ Perform other duties related to the position as directed by superiors. **3.1 – Technical Competencies:** **Experience in sanitation product manufacturing is a plus** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree or related field.
