KEY CHALLENGES:
* Lead strategic product development for corporate projects, including technical, commercial, and risk analysis;
* Develop, negotiate, and implement new solutions and suppliers, pursuing competitiveness, continuous improvement, and innovation;
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Projects, Quality, and Finance teams across all stages;
* Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle: RFQ and supplier onboarding;
* Monitor market trends, performance indicators, and savings opportunities;
* Ensure compliance with internal processes, procurement policies, and corporate governance;
* Support strategic decision-making through reports and comparative analyses;
* Track category-specific metrics and KPIs under your management.
**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or related fields);
* Fluent English (ability to lead meetings, negotiations, and presentations);
* Proven experience in procurement/projects, preferably in industrial or project-based environments;
* Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and negotiation skills;
* Solid experience managing complex and multi-project initiatives;
* Proficiency in analytical tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
* Experience with ERP systems and AI is a plus;
* MBA or Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience applying agile methodologies to projects.
