Description

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and organizing materials; conducting inventories; supplying departments; and maintaining workplace cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining inventory levels and supplying departments Responsible for receiving materials—including raw materials, packaging, and finished products—verifying purchase orders against physical deliveries, and validating information on invoices using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stackers. Additionally, organizes and stores materials in appropriate locations, performs periodic/rotating inventories, and supplies various departments according to demand, ensuring inventory records are accurately maintained in the TOTVS Protheus system. Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. **Material Receiving:** Receive raw materials, packaging, and general products; verify purchase orders against physical deliveries; validate invoice information using required equipment: forklift, pallet jack, stacker; **Storage and Organization:** For raw materials, store and organize them in suitable locations; for other materials, deliver them to the requesting department; Conduct periodic/scheduled inventories in the raw material warehouse and perform critical analysis jointly with the PCP (Production Control and Planning) and Purchasing departments to assess stock levels and determine replenishment requirements based on established parameters; Supply raw materials to the Composting Department (PI) according to production orders and/or instructions from Production supervisors/management, using required equipment (stacker / pallet jack); Receive internally produced compost (PI), verify quantities against production orders, correctly identify batches, and store them in designated locations; Supply compost and raw materials to hose lines according to production orders and/or instructions from Production supervisors/management, using required equipment (stacker / pallet jack); Maintain inventory records in the TOTVS Protheus system; **Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness and Organization:** Keep the warehouse area clean and organized, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
