Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying, documenting, and releasing products for shipment, as well as assisting with loading and organizing the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product verification and release for shipment 2. Photographic documentation and tracking of products 3. Assistance in loading and assembly of crates * Perform large-scale verification of products and production materials for shipment, record release information in the shipping manifest, and assist with truck loading. * Verify commonly shipped and high-volume production items against the loading manifest, checking work order number, product identification, and installation materials to authorize shipment. * Capture photographic documentation of shipped products and materials to verify dispatch if required. * Record each released product in the shipping manifest. * Track products listed in the manifest but not yet available in the shipping area within the factory, ensuring adherence to the shipping schedule. * Report any incidents that may impact the shipping schedule to the Logistics Coordinator. * Assemble wooden crates manufactured in the carpentry shop, lining them with protective padding when necessary for specific products. * Seal wooden crates and wrap them in plastic to prevent product damage during transportation. * Assist with truck loading by arranging cargo and securing it properly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
