Production Assistant - 1st Shift

Job Summary: The professional will bag finished products, assemble pallets, assist in returning torn bags to the packaging process, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement. Assisting in the packaging process * Bag finished products; * Retrieve pallets for pallet assembly; * Assemble pallets (maximum weight of 20 kg per bag); * Assist in returning torn bags to the packaging process; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area according to established standards and good manufacturing practices; * Ensure cleaning of machines and equipment in the area; * Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement. Requirements: * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is considered a plus; * Schedule: 6:30 AM to 4:18 PM, Monday to Friday.
