




Description: Required: Minimum education level – Incomplete Elementary School * Wash and cut vegetables and fruits according to the pre-established menu, ensuring proper washing and sanitization of ingredients, preparation, and portioning of salads for consumption; * Serve desserts in individual portions to meet daily demand; * Sanitize kitchen utensils, as well as countertops, equipment, cabinets, and shelves within the department; likewise, remove all items upon completion of each meal service; * Organize and sanitize kitchen areas and utensils—including pots, baking trays, sinks, among others—according to previously defined techniques and using approved cleaning products; * Prepare coffee, tea, and heat milk for consumption; place bread into baskets and ensure adequate supply of milk, coffee, and tea containers; * Assist in meal assembly and restocking of service counters during all meal services, replenishing items specific to each meal; * Perform duties applying biosafety norms and procedures; * Daily removal of food leftovers, general waste, plastic packaging, and paper, depositing them in designated areas for this purpose, while adhering to selective waste collection procedures; * Ensure stored food supplies remain free from contamination or spoilage; * Ensure personal safety by using provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for each task, and contribute to collective safety through safe professional practices; * Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor. 251217020255761971
