Do you want to be part of something truly great while learning extensively, in an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Process electronic timekeeping records for store employees * Clarify employee and leadership questions regarding timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and other HR topics * Receive and forward onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related documents to the headquarters HR department * Support the integration process for new store employees * Manage and archive physical HR-related documents * Serve as the local point of contact for HR matters, ensuring efficient communication between the store and headquarters ### **Therefore, we require that you have:** * Completed high school (technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, or related fields is desirable) * Prior experience with HR routines, preferably in wholesale and retail stores * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and electronic timekeeping systems * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and ease in interacting with people * Proactivity and responsibility to work effectively in a dynamic environment ### **Additional assets include:** * Familiarity with timekeeping control systems (REP, DIMEP, etc.) * Experience in the wholesale and retail sector * Basic understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes ### **Work Schedule:** On-site work from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
