Work environment that values proactivity and teamwork **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**: * Registering and updating fleet vehicle information, keeping the database current; * Managing vehicle documentation, including licensing, insurance, IPVA, and inspections, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Organizing and scheduling preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and prevent unexpected failures; * Monitoring fleet fuel consumption, performing cost analyses, and identifying optimization opportunities; * Controlling fleet operational costs, including maintenance, fuel, insurance, and other related expenses; * Monitoring vehicle utilization to ensure efficient use and prevent waste or improper usage; * Tracking vehicles via GPS systems, monitoring location, routes, and usage; * Monitoring and evaluating vehicle performance by analyzing metrics such as downtime, travel time, driver behavior, and route deviations. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education; * Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday shifts; * Proactive, organized, committed, flexible, resilient profile with strong teamwork skills; * Technical training in mechanics and familiarity with fleet management systems are considered advantages. **BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US:** * Meal allowance of R$35.00 per day, usable at your discretion and without payroll deduction; * Health insurance: Unimed; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Pharmacy card: Excard worth R$300.00 (deducted from payroll upon use); * Life insurance; * Benefits club: Salary Fits; * Additional benefits including tuition partnerships with universities and technical colleges; * SESI Club partnership; * Gym benefit: Total Pass.
